We ship within 1-2 Days
Most items will be shipped from our warehouse within 48 hours an order is received (Monday-Friday prior to 2:00PM PST). Orders received after 2:00PM, or those received over the weekend, or on a national holiday will be shipped the following business day. Orders are shipped via UPS and the US Postal Service.
When will my order arrive?
Most orders shipped via Standard Ground will arrive within 3-5 business days.
How do I track my order?
Orders shipped via UPS and USPS are trackable by logging into your account. Customers will be notified of the tracking number via an Order Status Update e-mail as well.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
Customers in Hawaii and Alaska are encouraged to contact us to request the actual shipping fees for any order.
APO/FPO Shipping
We will gladly ship to APO and FPO addresses. Please contact us via email letting us know exactly what you intend to order. We can then reply with the exact cost for the USPS shipping charges.
International Shipping
We do not ship orders outside of the United States.
Shipping Fees
We add the following shipping fees to every order:
- For 1st item in shipment: $7 shipping
- For every additional item in shipment: $3 shipping
Shipping to a P.O. Box
Some items too big to ship to a P.O. box must be shipped to a street address.
Signature Requirements
Signature upon delivery required for shipments over $1,300.
